About

Leslie Povich- President

Leslie has been landscaping in Washington County for 26 years. After one season of working for a landscaper she started landscaping as a side job to help friends and family. Working for a few local nurseries educated her on growing and maintaining plants. What started out as a hobby has turned into her full time job and passion. In 1996 she and Stephen Halow joined forces to create New Look Landscaping. Stephen decided to return to school in 2000 and Leslie took over the company. She has been happily playing in the dirt ever since. She gets to write about her experiences in the garden as a columnist for the Observer-Reporter newspaper. Her columns appear on Sundays in the Home and Garden section of the paper.
